HAVE YOU BEEN ON A SMALL SHIP CRUISE BEFORE?
I’ve been on 7 small ship cruises.
REVIEW
Had owners suite 304. No shuttle to boat. No one greeted us. No food open at hotel till 530. Grossly understaffed. 3 maids to do whole ship. Chef needs training. Dinning room magr. Has no clue. Wait time at meals, wrong items, cold food, over cooked food. Fish smelled not fresh over cooked too. No service on board or gifts in owners suite $23,000 ???? Worth it ???
COVID 19 hurt getting people I get that. They should have cancelled with so little crew. Several staff left boat after 3 days, carpets dirty, dining room chairs broken, soiled. 5:30 cocktails were a long wait in line 20-25 min. Had just 1 bar and two attendants. Appetizers were of poor quality and inadequate for the amount of passengers. Staff not trained on what they were serving or how to.
We felt sorry for the crew. This was clearly a greed cruise. Only the line enjoyed this cruise.
