American Harmony on Colombia & Snake Rivers
American has a serious, serious labor issue. Servers come and go constantly, once (that I know of) in 3 days. So the servers have almost no training — and it shows.
When we arrived my wife saw some hairballs along the baseboard of the bathroom. six days later they were still there. One day the room cleaner neglected to give us washcloths so my wife nicely asked fir two. “No problem!”, and she got two. But one of them had brown stains on it.
Thinking/hoping it was something like a coffee stain I scrubbed it with soap — clean again! So what kind of brown stain do you suppose it could be? Disgusting.
Finally, the food was mediocre.
Until they fix their labor issues they ought to at least lower their prices.
Perhaps I would be okay with dealing with a crappy (literally) washcloth if I hadn’t spent so much! (But, probably not.)
