Adventure Canada Cruise Review
The issue is that the cruise director did nothing to make our cruise better and much to make it worse. We are a couple with one passenger with some special needs, there was no empathy and no help. The presentations by the local staff were much weaker and lower in content than on the Arctic cruise.
The most discouraging part, we complained about the cruise director's bad behaviour to the company and received no response. I just got an email saying the same staff had been rehired for 2024. Stay away from these folks would be my advice.
