Small-Ship Black Friday Cruise Deals

A number of small-ship operators are dangling Black Friday cruise deals.
Here are some examples of the offers available on a wide range of vessels, from expedition ships to a new super-yacht, and river cruises in the United States and Europe.
Seabourn Black Friday Cruise Deals
Seabourn’s sale includes its new 264-passenger expedition vessel, Seabourn Venture, scheduled to debut in April.
Fleet-wide offers include up to $1,000 off regular rates on veranda and ocean-view suites, as well as up to $1,000 shipboard credit on select voyages.
Bookings through Nov. 30 are eligible.

Black Friday Cruise Deals from Scenic
For the North American market, all of Scenic’s 2022 Rhine, Main, Danube and French river cruises come with an offer of buy one full fare and get up to 60 percent off for the second guest.
And if the new booking is paid in full by Dec. 15, 2021, Scenic will shave another 5 percent off the fares of both travelers.
Examples of cruises eligible for 60 percent off the second guest are an 11-day sailing through Bordeaux and a four-night “taster cruise” from Vienna to Budapest. Danube Christmas markets cruises are available with 50 percent off the second guest’s fare.
These deals apply to bookings made between Nov. 24 and Dec. 1.
Offers from Emerald Cruises
Scenic’s sister brand, Emerald Cruises, has a similar offer for the North American market. The second guest on select European river sailings on the Rhine, Danube, Moselle, Main and Rhône can save up to 60 percent (this deal is applicable for cabin categories C and higher).
When it comes to Emerald’s soon-to-launch super-yacht, Emerald Azzurra, the discount is up to 50 percent off for the second guest for select 2022 departures in the Red and Adriatic seas.
As an added bonus, travelers who pay in full by Dec. 15, 2021 will save an additional 10%.
These offers are available until Dec. 1.

American Queen Voyages Deals
American Queen Voyages is dangling up to 45 percent savings on select 2022 voyages, including North American river and Alaska expedition itineraries, as well as lakes and ocean cruises.
This promotion follows the recent rebranding and merger of American Queen Steamboat Co. and Victory Cruise Lines into American Queen Voyages.

Eligible itineraries include expedition ship Ocean Victory‘s inaugural Alaska season, with 30 percent off the price for May 6, May 17, May 28 and June 18 departures.
Fares for the line’s new Yucatán exploration are reduced 40 percent for Jan. 5, 12, 19 and 26 departures. Plus, travelers get $650 bonus savings and best stateroom available at entry-level fare, up to a five-category upgrade based on availability.
Savings are also offered for select “Southern Coastal Charm” round-trips from Amelia Island (Fernandina Beach), Florida; and “Splendor of the Great Lakes,” Toronto to Chicago. Bourbon and country music fans can save on Memphis-Louisville and Louisville-Nashville river cruises.

Hurtigruten Expeditions’ Offers
Hurtigruten’s North America office is promoting up to 50 percent off the price of almost all its expeditions across a wide range of destinations such as Antarctica, the Galápagos, Alaska, Iceland, Cape Verde and the Bissagos in West Africa, and Norway.
Up to 35 percent discounts are available with multiple departures of Hurtigruten Expeditions’ latest destination, launching in January: the Galápagos, and the line’s other new destination for 2022, West Africa, starting next November.
Deals are available through Nov. 30. Additionally, Hurtigruten cut its deposit requirement to 10 percent during the sale.

Atlas Ocean Voyages Black Friday Cruise Deals
At Atlas Ocean Voyages, travelers can save on the new World Navigator and sister World Traveller, coming in July 2022.
For bookings made from Nov. 26-30, the offer is free round-trip, inter-continental business-class air with all new deposited suite bookings or 20 percent savings on new deposited stateroom bookings for voyages departing March 1 through Sept. 30, based on availability.
Travelers can choose among 29 trips in Antarctica and the Arctic, South America, the Mediterranean, British Isles and Northern Europe, and Iceland/Greenland. Mention code BLKFRI21 when booking.
