World Traveller Cruise Review

I sailed last year on World Navigator, and this month I'm in the midst of a World Traveller sailing. I find the crew aboard this ship a cut-above. Service is amazing. They really go the extra mile, like opening up Paula's Pantry 10 minutes early for me, when I went to sit down and wait and expected to do that.

Cabin steward Javier is phenomenal.

The other 5-star rating I'd give is to the cuisine. It's improved from what I experienced a year ago — more creative, inventive, and much more what one would find on a top luxury line than just an upscale ship.

Yes, there are little tweaks here and there. I think they are a relatively new line are still finding their way in some cases on certain things, but the crew seem eager to please. I like the interior design/decor and it's a spacious ship for the number of maximum passengers.

My stateroom is a Horizon stateroom (not a balcony but with the drop-down window) and I really like it. Having the window that turns the room into an open-air balcony works great with the push of a button. That means I have a couch. On my last Atlas cruise I had the walk-out balcony but I prefer the Horizon configuration for a more spacious living area.

The ship seems clean and bright. I'm not doing much ashore on this cruise so can't speak to that.

Overall, though, I like the product.
