AMERICAN CRUISE LINES HAMONY REVIEW

We were to end up in Memphis, Instead we spent 3 days in a landing that had a terrible 1 room museum. They refused to let us be bused to the excursion. They did do 1 excursion, but they would not let us go. As a result, never got to visit Memphis. We had to get up at 4am to be bused to the airport so we could sit in the airport from 7:30 to 1pm with no food available. The only thing there was a repair crew banging. The food was cold and served one and a half hours late. This made us miss the show. They offered $100 on another cruise. I would not go if it was free.
